shipping from: Merchants and packed in a brown generic box.
We ship all parcels via Canada Post Surface-Ground, unless Expedited Shipping is chosen.
Some items will have an extra shipping charge due to the weight and/or size and will be specified in the description
An email will be sent when package is shipped with a tracking number through PayPal.
All orders are shipped within 3 business days, providing that the item is in stock.
We try our best to keep all products in stock. In the rare event that we don't have the product in stock, we will ship asap.
If we are unable to obtain your
product within 1 week, we will return the money charged for that item
and send you notification by email.
Orders are not processed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
